Please print, fill in ALL blank spaces, sign and fax to Nations Transaction Services, Inc. A credit report will be obtained on all principals listed on the application and on those found on a D&B.  To avoid our pulling a credit report, please send us a copy of your recent credit report (pulled within the last 30 days). Please send the original application and agreement to Nations Transaction Services, Inc. via US Mail.

LEASING APPLICATIONS: Please forward the signed application with a copy of the sales quote. Please provide Credit Bureau and/or D&B, if possible.

EQUITY LENDING: Please forward your client’s BRIEF executive summary with exit strategy and five-year projections.  Initial cost of project minus client injection should total dollar amount requested. Requested amount should be an itemized use of funds.

Small Ticket Leasing

• Application only to $100,000 hard collateral; $75,000 soft collateral
